On my TU on-line report under "Regular Inquiries" I have 2 "TU Consumer Disclosure" hits. It explains that even though these are list with the other hard inq. that no one views these except me. Can I ask what are these TU Consumer disclosures for?? I have done a few disputes over the past few months.

Also, I noticed that TU continues to drop hard disputes that are over 3 months old. They just dropped my CITI bank ones from October. Is this something everyone is seeing? I have never disputed Inquiries.

I believe these inquiries (marked as TU disclosures and such) are from processing your requests for your credit report, processing your disputes, and even from sending your results. I have often thought that if creditors COULD see this info, they would see our credit repair/disputing process easily. I do not believe they are seen by anyone but you and TU.

As far as hard inquiries falling off after 3 months, count your blessings and thank your lucky starz for the accident...I think that was a fluke. Had you been disputing any inquiries? I think you just lucked out.

The past four weeks on two occasions inquiries 3 months or older are coming off my TU automatically. My oldest hard inq. is now 12/14/01. 2 of them were citibank.

You're lucky, I can't even get TU to remove inquiries from 12 months +
