I sent 2 procedural requests to TU. I received a letter from them today. It was actually 3 letters in one envelope. The first letter tells me what TU procedure is for investigating disputes and gives me the names and addresses of everyone listed on my credit file. The second letter is the same as the first. I will assume these 2 letters are in response to my procedural requests. The third letter explains to me how long adverse and positive information is reported. I will assume that letter is in response to my disputing my BK. Now, I am not quite sure which way to go with this. I received a letter last week stating they were adding an additional 10 days to my disputes, I also received a letter dated the same day that they would not investigate because I am using a credit repair agency. Anyway, my original plan (until I received these letters) was to wait out the disputes and then send out a letter disputing everything and requesting procedurals that the same time. I was also going to request some other things. My goal with this was to see how many violations they would commit at one time and get them for everything at one time. Should I forgo that plan and start now with what I have received so far? My BK was removed from the other 2, and I couldn't find it on pacer. I am fed up with TU, they are basically refusing to do anything. I had a letter all set to go out today demanding they investigate within the 30 days and not 45 days, and also demanding they investigate what they thought was the work of the credit repair agency. I decided not to send that. Any suggestions?? I also sent them a letter on June 8th demanding they delete an item I disputed but they ignored. THey verified or deleted the rest of the items I disputed at the same time, and I still don't see that this item was deleted. I am so ready to go after this place.
