Just received an updated report from them today - from a dispute at the end of April. I sent a letter disputing 8 items. The new report lists 7 items - one was deleted, some were updated and 2 were not verified cos they decided they were frivolous(which I already knew cos they sent me a letter stating that right away). They didn't do anything with the 8th item. Will send a copy of my letter and ask that this item be deleted since they didn't verify it.
