I disputed some items w/ TU on Feb. 4 and I recently pulled their report again online...there are no notations on my CR that the items are being disputed! (I kept copies of when i sent my dispute online, and of the reports)...anything I can do about this...violation???

I know this is a stretch but is it possible that the dispute is already complete? The CRAs, in my experience, are pretty good at notating that an account is being disputed.

Well what's interesting is I received a letter from them w/ an updated credit report dated Feb 9th (5 days after my online disputes) and it states "we have completed our investigation, and the results are shown below" they verified one of the 5 items I disputed...there is no mention of the other 4, nor on the updated CR they sent me are their nottations that the other items are in dispute! i'm at a loss!

Did you dispute all of the items in one dispute or did you submit multiple disputes?

I disputed all 5 items at one time online (Feb 4)...they have since sent me that letter verifying only one w/ no mention of the other four....

I have had the same thing happen with the last 3 disputes I have made with Transunion. I dispute 3 items they only investigate and report status of two of them. When I call they say I can't answer why they just restart an investigation of the missing item. hmm

Seems to me they're just begging for someone to file a lawsuit against them.

It is possible that they have 100 reports in the "IN BASKET" at 8 am...ALL OF THEM MUST ALL BE IN THE "OUT BASKET" AT 4 PM???

If they can't keep up with the workload, then they need to hire some more people, say like, a few of us from creditnet.

But, if they hired us, we would do our jobs. We would know what the law is. We would remove items that are not correct instead of removing the items that are correct.

Also, I don't much money now, but I wouldn't want to make less.

I also think TU is begging for another lawsuit. They've done the same thing with me. I am just so sick of them.

ARE YOU SURE YOU WOULD DO YOUR JOB???
When I send you a request to put the $15,500 credit limit on my AMEX BLUE...you wouldn't "HARD DELETE" it????
