Ok, I sent the same form letter to Transunion that I sent to Equifax in order to remove a bunch of inquiries off my reports. Equifax removed all 19 of them, Transunion sent me a letter stating "these inquires were done by a lender who pulled you credit for a business purpose. We are unable to remove them at this time. You will have to contact each lender/creditor individually to have them removed" DUH....OMG so I have to get the addresses of all of them (of which is NOT reported in the inquiry section) and write each one individually? What a hassle....I'll just wait for them to fall off then. Is experian the same way?
experian will not remove any inquires upon request, upon dispute, upon....anything. You just have to wait for them to fall off.
HUH? I don't understand your question. As soon as I file WHAT? I sent a letter to them, they sent a letter back stating they WILL NOT remove inquiries. Basically they said I need to contact each lender that pulled my credit inquiries and get them to remove them all individually. I will just wait for them to fall off.
Why would I file a lawsuit for that? Geez you guys are so sue happy it aint funny. I don't have the time nor money to sue a credit bureau. They will be gone in a year and I don't need them gone, I was just trying to get rid of them.
