I just got off the phone with TU. I have two disputes (one for my husband and one for myself) that should both close on April 14th, a Sunday. Per cust svc, TU can not process disputes ending on a weekend. They cut off two days and make it a 28 day dispute by forcing it to end on a Friday instead. Most of you probably know this, but I did not. It may help some! It sure seems like I get a lot of response at midnight on day 30, especially from EXP. I am just going to plan all my disputes to land on a Sunday; therefore, defaulting to a Friday. Make sense?
