I just found 4 hard pulls from the same creditor all within a month so now my CR shows a total of 5 IQ within the last year.

the pulls were from a creditor that I have a good acct with . the creditor informs me that all the pulls should be soft .

my fico just got tanked big time like 40 points GRRRR

tu refuses to fix the error even after the creditor contacted them they claim it was pp and oh well.

so now im on another mission any suggestions?

Well, it depends on what you were asking TU to do to 'correct' it, were you asking them to delete them completely, or to 'soft'en them.

The OC may be able to get them to soften them, but deleting them entirely would be a violation, every time they print a report out for you... :)

all I want Tu to do is correct the Iq to make them appear as soft as they should be and return my fico score back to normal.

guess that's asking to much, living on a wing and a prayer. my patience is running out.

any ideas how to get Tu to comply?

If the DF (puller) requests that it should have been pulled as a SOFT, then they should change it. If the DF puts it in writing, and gives a copy of it to you, then you have proof that it should have been softened, if they don't comply and you need to escalate.

    Jam.

I'm waiting for the DF to send me the written documentation that supports that the iqs should all be soft. then I intend to forward a copy of that to TU so they can fix it.

if that still doesn't resolve the problem, I'm not sure what action to take next.
