Got my TU back this afternoon. They kill me. I asked for 5 accounts add back to my report that they deleted during prior disputes because the creditor couldnâ??t verify. They donâ??t delete the 1x30 they deleted the whole damn thing. I asked for 5 accounts and received 1 generic letter saying contact your creditor. Talk about lazy. This kills me againâ?¦ they verify Target. Man RNB is going to get an earful from me. With the help of Patâ??s letters, which I will be working on this weekend, RNB wouldnâ??t know what hit them. But now the bigger problemâ?¦ Jan 8th I disputed my FMC that was reporting 9x30 and 1x60. Jan 24th they put it back to the correct history 1x30 (I was 4/99). Todayâ?¦back to 9X30 and 1X60. What am I suppose to do fight this every other month? The best part..the 1x60 is listed as 11/97 as the date I was â??lateâ?, I purchased the car on 11/4/1997. So the day I drove off the lot I was 60 days late. I hate this! I hate this! I HATE THIS!!!! I run-in-place only to take 9x30, 1x60 steps back.
Chill, Des, chill! Sounds to me like you need to start firing off some "If you guys don't stop getting cute with me, I'm gonna sue your asses" letters! Remind them that you have all of the reports showing the account status shifting from month-to-month. Isn't that "knowingly" screwing with your report. Won't that get you some X-mas shopping money to the tune of $1000? Smitty God don't like ugly. He ain't too fond of "cute" either.

Thanks Smitty, I know, deep breaths, I am much more calm now, I have to be I have to babysit my nephew tonight. This weekend I will lock myself up the home office and put together all my letters.
