TU problem: Already logged in?

    I just tried to view my TU report online again using the name and password I was issued when I signed up.

    I keep getting a message: Already logged in, cannot open more than one copy of the application (or something close to that)

    Has anyone had success logging in after the initial view of their report?

    Close your browser, then open it again. Then try.
