I sent TransUnion a dispute on August 2nd. They responded with an updated report saying one account was verified and two deleted. They ignored my other 4 disputes. I sent a follow-up letter that they signed for on 9/18/01. In return, they sent a letter acknowledging receipt and says give them til 11/2/01 to respond. Do I have to wait until then or can I demand removal if I hear nothing by 10/18/01? (this gives them +60 days to verify my 4 accounts that they ignored). Advice? Thanks.
