I snail mailed a few disputes off to TU last month. That was it, no other contact either by phone or email. Now I get a letter in the mail today stating: "We are in receipt of additional information regarding your current disput ....blah blah blah blah ........ the investigation has been extended ........blah blah blah. .......... additional 15 days" I've read this here before. How did they do this when I've given them NOTHING else?
