TU Refusal

    Please forgive me if I am asking an old question, but my search function just decided to stop working, ugh.

    The Damn It To Hell TransUnion has been repeatedly changing my current address to the address of my DH's ex-wife. We have no mail going there, there are no new fraudulent accounts on my cr, yet the keep changing the address again and again.

    Last time when I disputed the wrong address (on the phone) I asked the guy to provide me with the information on who exactly reported the change. He told me that they cannot release such information.

    Is that true? If not, is there a procedure that I should follow to get the info released?

    I just got a note from TrueCredit that my TU address got changed again, and I will be calling them tomorrow to dispute it.

    Any advice?

    P.S. Big thanks to George! I disputed the auth user account (ex-wife's) with AmEx and they already removed my DH from it and they removed the whole tradeline from all reports. :) Talk about express service when you yell 'FRAUD'!
