I called TU to check on a tradeline, and the rep I spoke with said she could not look at any of my account details while my 2 investigations are in progress. Only after the 30 days (of the completion of the investigations, whichever comes first), can I call back and get the information I wanted on the account. I think this is total bs. Has anyone else experienced this?
The rep is lying to you. I've checked on different accounts during disputes many times with no problems, as recently as last month. I suggest calling back and talkng with someone else.

I did my first dispute with TU this month, online. I called after receiving the now famout "inquiry" letter, and asked about the other items I disputed. She told me she did not see any tax liens (yeah!), she corrected my birthdate, and made a notation about a person with a simlar name, so I know she could see my full account.
