    All,

I purchased my reports and noticed many errors. One being that I filed chapt 7 and it was discharged, well the bureaus either had wrong dates, or chapt 13 or still considered the accounts open.

Now, I am not savvy and as knowledgable as you, but I requested and investigation over the internet and specified which accounts were included in bankruptcy etc. Also, there were duplications listed.

I received their letter today asking me to send in my discharge paper and listing of creditors in the bankruptcy. Also, they mentioned that accounts may be reported twice because "of repayment terms, or different account types, including revolving, open-ended, installments, line of credit, civil judgment etc.

Having been reading the past posts, I have learned that never should we send information to the bureaus, but what should I do.

Do I send in my discharge notice?

    Barbara
