Recieved a letter today from TU concerning a dispute letter sent. It is a generic letter detailing the "Policy for information retention, and the FCRA . How long items stay on your file, blah blah blah. and if I have any additional questions or concerns to call or write. They cant call this verification, can they? If this what they send back? There isnt anything concerning my disputes what so ever. So do I follow up with another letter requesting again verification? Are they blowing me off?
TU sends this letter typically before they send the actual results of there investigation. They do not consider this verification
