"IF" you send something like the above...WHAT WOULD THEIR ANSWER BE???

I have not got any CRO letters in a long time because I only use ON-LINE disputes...
When I did get one...I TRASHED IT BECAUSE IT DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!!!

When I responded to the "frivolous" letter, I told them "it might be frivolous to you, but it certainly isn't frivolous to me!)

(got one more deletion out of the deal - only 4 derogs left on that report now)

I honest to god believe that any CRA response to anything is arbitrary. If they feel like verifying or deleting, they do, or not, or they send a frivolous letter, or not, or send a request for more ID info or not....

no policies, no repeatable, dependable process at all.

I am 100% sure that Experian puts "verified" on accounts that aren't.

Can't verify companies that are out of business.

...but have to send ID info AGAIN before they'll "re-investigate...

That is why I never sent in a copy of my DL. The last thing I want is for them to have a picture of me. They don't need a chance to "size" me up!

I just include to recent copies of bill statements showing my current address.
