TU Says No Dispute But IVE Receipt

    Hello,
    I called TU and they told me they never received a dipute on 5-19-03 but I have the email receipt and the webform receipt. I called them today and they gave me the run around as usual. I told them I would fax in my receipts. Then at lunch I called again to see if maybe the person I spoke with was new and was told that they had no Dipute from 5-19. But interestingly they told me that they had that item disputed on 6-19-03(today). I suppose the person I spoke with this morning figured they would go ahead and dispute the item for me since it was screwed up by them last month. I guess they think I will allow them an additional 30 days to get their act together. Well the law doesn't say the can have another 30 days if the CRA doesn't have their act together so I fax them an "intent to file a FTC complaint" letter along with my receipts. What should I do now? Rightfully that item has to be deleted. If they screwed up and never processed it correctly and now restart another investigation what do I do if the CA now verifies???
