Hello, I just read on the TU website that your score is provided when you order a credit report. Of course when I try to order a report it tells me that I entered my information incorrectly and they can only send it by mail. I have some older reports but dot see any score information on them... Can you please point me to the right direction? Thanks!
Unfortunately, you've been locked out for 30 days. You'll have to wait for the report to see your score. Then again, I've heard it's a bogus score. When a mortgager pulled my report last month, it matched E-loan's score (Which at the time was 26 points lower than TU's score, now the difference is almost 80 points)... GT
Actually, TU only locks you out for 7 days when you fail to authenticate at their site. I have asked them this and confirmed it myself.
I had that problem myself and took care of it by writing them a letter stating to please 'unblock' my user account as I am the real thing and enclosed copies of my paystub, bank statement, phone bill, and ss card. Ever since then I haven't had any problems.
Thanks for the information.. Will have to try again in 7 days... My eloan score is the same as my Equifax score. TransUnion is my worst - just wanted to check. Thanks Again!
You have to ask TU to include your score with your credit report. Otherwise, they just send the report. If you forget to ask, call them and sometimes they will give it to you on the phone. Usually they will just mail you another credit report with the score included (no extra charge).
