I am so excited. Thanks Doc for encouraging me! Well if read my other post you know I got a CA to delete. Yesterday was 30th day for my first round of TU disputes so I used a credit denial to get a free report on line. I disputed 3 accounts and all 3 are gone!

One was an alleged bad check (I really believe I did not write this check). I paid the collection before I knew any better. I sent the CA a validation letter and disputed with CRA's about 2 weeks later. It's been deleted.

Another was a paid telephone bill. I sent the notarized nutcase letter (Thanks Doc!) and disputed with CRA's 2 weeks later. It worked!

The third deletion was stubborn. I sent validation letter and disputed 2 weeks later. They supposedly validated early before the 30th day of the dispute. I had just enough time to get the estoppel to the CA before the 30 days ended. They sent me a letter saying they are deleting and what do you know, it's gone!

Now how many points gained, a measley 30!

But I am so excited, I am finally making progress!

None of these are my Experian but all are on my Equifax. My disputes are do soon and I'm hoping for equal success!

Thanks to all who have been encouraging!
