Can someone let me know if I am reading my TU correctly... I disputed several lates in September 2002 and here are the results... 1)Disputed Sears 60 days late as "Never been late" ; and TU reads "verified 9/2002 -new information" (OK, not a problem this makes sense since it's 9/2002) 2) I disputed The Limited as "never been late" and TU reads "verified 4/2002 -verified, no change" 3)Student Loan as "never late" and they show "verified 8/1999-verified, no change" Shouldn't anything disputed that comes back "verified" look like the Sears tradeline????? Is this a violation of some sort?
