My Credit. I received a letter from them after my last round of disputes that wants to know who is repairing my credit and how much I am paying them. This is unreal! Are they going to investigate my dispute now?
There is a letter that you can send to them that applies to this. Its on the Sample Letter page: http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&postid=109310#post109310 Go get 'em!
wait till the 30 day investigational period and 5 day notification period is over and if they don't delete, add another violation to your lawsuit war chest.
What you recieved was a letter they send out during every dispute. Don't worry about it. I got the same letter and the vets here said just ignore it.
I agree with thetravele. I received the same form letter from TU in December and just ignored it. They investigated anyway. DO NOT send them anything in response, as that will legally allow them to extend the investigation by 15 days!
