Proof of my social security number and current address when I asked to investigate emcc.x.com charge off...
Why would they need it ? Do I have to send it to them ? Is it necessary to provide it on order for them to investigate this revolving charge off ?
My correct soc. # is on the report already. How can I get them to just investigate or deleate the damn unvalidated listing !!

    Now what do I do...
    I'm getting very frusterated...
    Thanks
    Jamie

Call them up and say, "Um You have my information already why do you need it again?" If they say anything regarding, to make sure the account is yours and blah blah this and that. You state, thats NOT my job to make sure that account is mine or not. Its their job and the company reporting it. If they can't verify it, then they should delete it.

My best friend had Experian pull that same crap on him, I said give them they info and make sure their investigation is done 30 after they signed the green card. SO if they recieved it May 1st, the investigate better be completed by June 1st with all the results of how they obtained verification. Make sure they don't start them the day they Verified your name or SSN, they have those.
