Last week many of you have read the transcript of my conversation with Equifax. I faxed intenet to sue to Maynard Bryant on Sunday, no response so far. I have a department store that is reporting a chargeoff. I have disputed this as not mine with Trans Union four times in the last year. I have talked to the dept. store and they say it is mine. Just out of curiosity sunday I dialed their automated credit line and punched in the account#, lo and behold it says account not found. Here is the kicker, on TU they report a second time with a different account#, and on TU this is closed/never late. It reports that way on their automated line. On my Exp. report this same store has the good trade plus a 3rd different account# with a chargeoff. When I try that account# on the automated system, It reports a balance due and warns the balance may be higher if a judgement was obtained. On my Equifax they had it reported like the Exp. report, but I had diputed the chargeoff tradeline as not mine, they verified AND they maliciously DELETED the GOOD tradeline. They received an intent to sue letter from me Sunday night. Their deadline for response is today. SO, Don Richman if your reading this board, I strongly urge you to e-mail me. My e-mail is always on.
