    Well Guys and Dolls,

I can breathe again. Of course the postal carrier was 3 hours late what with his 2-day load. But it made for just that much more "stuff" crammed into my mailbox.

    I got:

    1. My authorized user AMEX Gold card (son got his primary card). Don't ya wonder why AMEX can present you with a card soooooooo fast and most everybody else take weeks and even a month or more??? I mean, I called AMEX Oct 3, the app was still pending. Called them next day and it was approved. Now today both cards are here...and don't forget the Columbus Day holiday. Dang! They are just sharp!

    2. I'm starting to get bombarded with the "October" literature and proxy stuff that shareholders get around this time, so 2 more packs of those today.

    3. Discover bill

    4. Trade confirmation

    5. Two Equifax updates -- 1 deletion of a collection. Woohoo! Chalk up the first one for Lexington Law firm! Neither Junum nor I could get it off.

    6. On the other hand, Experians says, already investigated..." Blahhhhhhhhhh....Good Grief!

Peeking around to snoop at everyone else's mail. Whatcha got?

    I got........

MBNA Platinum Plus with select reward miles offer for insurance professionals - 0% for whatever months (didn't really read it all), go to 12.99% ta da ta da ta da. I didn't get all excited - it's marketed to a list of all agents who are members of a professional organization. They prolly think I'm rich, LOL. I will accept one of their offers one of these days. Can't be sure rubyjean will get my app, ya know. ;)

    California insurance license renewal application.

Invitation to an insurance workshop on key executive benefits.

    Netbank statement.

Solicitation from AARP. They can't figure out why I won't join.

Oh! oh! oh! - schedule change notice for the city trash pick up service.

    Pizza coupons.

    Re: tuesday's mail

Let's see, I think I actually hit rock bottom--got a pre-qualified offer for an Aspire card! Suprisingly the rate was on par for sub-prime 18.8% and not the 40% rape rate. The fees sucked and all this for a $300 limit! NOT

    Got a mutual fund statement.

    Experian update.

Hubby got the same Providian Gold Visa offer he was just approved for.

Garbage coupons (meaning the coupons were garbage not for trash pickup).

    Bills, bills, bills.

We'll see what today holds when I get home.
