I have recently disputed 3 judgements and 1 negative TL with TU. I have done so in the past and they remained on my CR during the dispute process. Disputed them a week ago using the online dispute. Yesterday, pulled a PG report and the judgements were not on there. Any guesses out there?
Should the judgements be deletable? It is possible that they actually completed their investigation already, if when they researched the judgements they couldn't find them. That would be my only guess.
Pull a TU. I disputed a new collection that appeared and thought they had deleted it when it disappeared from PG. Turns out that they suppressed it pending the conclusion of their investigation.
I pulled a TU and they are not listed on there. My next question is, if they reappear, do they have to let me know? If they are suppressed for investigation, they should show up on a TU report - correct?
I've deleted items on TU that took 30 days to validate and/or delete and there have been times when they deleted a few days after the dispute - and the deletion did not re-appear. Never had a deletion return to the same bureau. However, I have seen a deletion from one bureau re-appear later for the first time on another bureau - I disputed - they deleted. Good luck.
it could very well be that they were removed during the investigation period and will reappear when they are verified. if you haven't received an updated bureau then they are still being investigated and will receive an updated bureau when it is complete.
