I currently have 2 collection accounts with the same CA. Both accounts have not reached the SOL for Colorado. One account I know is not mine. The other I am not quite sure. If I dispute the first account (a whopping $19), I am afraid they will then come after me (try to sue) for the second account (a large $111). Anyone ever been through this before? Any advice? Thanks. Send validation to CA for both accounts. AND dispute both accounts with the CRA's. I have(had) 2 accounts(both mine) at the same CA. I disputed both with the CRA's and one was deleted. I have re-disputed the other and sent validation as well.
