I requested my equifax report and I got two sent to me. One that had only CIBC in the requestor list and CIBC in the credit history and banking information but the information is old. I have to reports in my history because of someone using my bank card in the machine it says: Unacceptable ATM activity. The reported balance on your account was 468 The writtenm off date on this accout was 09/08. And I got another report in a seperate envelope, that exact same form but this had all of my recent creditor names and baking history in it. Are they both viewable to people and if so I was under the age of 18 when the CIBC thing happened, I never got nothing sent to me from collections, so how can I go about it getting removed. I new to this credit stuff so anything will help thanks.

Sounds like a split file. If so, creditors will only see one or the other rather than both.

You can ask them to merge the file and thereafter, dispute the derogatory item.
