Well, happy Fatherâ??s Day to all. I know mine is. I did an online dispute on EXP on Thurs. (6/12) on an â??Included in bkâ? for a Macyâ??s acct. I go to check today (Sun.) to look to check another dispute and Macyâ??s is GONE in THREE days. I now only have two derogs on EXP, current CC with 60 days as of 12-2000 30 days as of 4-2001, 11-2000, 12-1999 ( disputed 5/27 as â??never lateâ?), and BK converted from 13(2/94) to 7 (11/96), looks like it will be removed 2/04. My question is what success has others had removing BK. Thanks to all, quack
<bump> Can lenders see BK if they are removed or dropped after the 7-10 years? I thought I remember reading that they can if over $150,000. Thanks to all, quack
