I had faxed over final notice on the two medical collections that I had prepared to sue this afternoon, final settlment for $1500 plus deletions vs. court. I got home this afternoon and they had already sent letter saying they would delete and notify oc that balance was now 0$$. these two medical collections were from 2001 and both were less than $200.00 but I know the impact on my score will be significant since they were so recent. can't wait to see what happens now!
