Background: Filed CH 7 in May/2002-discharged Sep/2002. Question #1: There are several entries on our credit reports that state: "Discharged through Chapter 7/Past due 120 days" Can creditors post "past due" after a discharge? Question #2: Another discharged account has a statement reading "Sold to Weinstein". I assume that they sold this account to someone else. This happened after the filing. Is that legal? Thanks so much for any assistance.
