Several days ago, I wrote regarding paid medical collections and requested the best way for deletion from hubby's reports. Thanks to all who answered. I've written each CA notifying them they were reporting incorrect information, which is true. Now my next questions...Since we reside in Texas, should I write the medical providers notifying them they could be held liable for the incorrect info being reported? And when should I dispute with the CRAs? Thanks in advance.
