I know most of the time we like to complain how crummy we're treated with so and so bank, but I just wanted to give two thumbs up to Juniper. Their customer service is great...personable, sincere, willing to answer any questions you have - the best. I called to find out what my interest rate would be after my intro rate expires next month. She told it would a variable rate prime + 4.49%, but they do offer promotional rates as long as the account is in good standing. She, also informed me of their website and was asking if I had any trouble with it or had any suggestions. Super service. Amex Blue, also has great service, but I was really impressed about the sincerity of Juniper's reps. Dani
They get another 2 thumbs up from me! Their CSRs not only articulate that they appreciate your business, but they always inquire how they can serve you better. I would highly recommend them.
