    Hey fellow TXans,

I am researching some sol laws for a repo. Had a repo in WA state, but now I am a TX resident (yankee transplant, lol) Anyways, The repo was from 1999. Not sure where jurisdiction would fall, so I am researching both to see if I am out of SOL. I think juridiction could fall in either, but just want to get all of my info in case, ya know. I know written contract for TX is 4 years and WA is 6 years, but...I also know the repo cancels out the original contract. Need to find some state info. I know many of you have looked into this and was trying to see if anyone could help with SOL info for differential balance. I received no notice of any kind re: resale, auction, etc.

    Thanks guys!
