My wife just added me as an AU on her citi cc after getting wonderful advice from this forum. My next question is how long does it typically take to have this show up on my credit profile?
In theory the lender, which to the credit bureaus is the credit bureaus customer, will report on a account once a month. If the account is showing up on all three of your wife's credit reports, the account should show up on yours in one or two months.
I agree with what erik said.. When my fiance added me to her Citi card it showed up on Equifax and Transunion about 3 weeks afterward. Still hasn't shown up on Experian after 5 or 6 weeks, don't know if it will.
