You know you're a CreditNet junkie when...

â?¦as soon as you get approved for a credit card or loan, your thoughts are first to post the news on CreditNet, sometimes bypassing family and friends!
â?¦you begin to show signs of A.D.D. until you can pull your report online that day
    â?¦you like Mr. Cooke
â?¦you have created several excel spreadsheets to log and graph your utilizations, account update schedules, and track your FICO
â?¦you spend the extra 10 minutes adding visual basic code when replying to a post
â?¦your daily schedule is planned around CWs 24 hour cycle time
â?¦CreditNet is saved in your top five favorites on your browser
â?¦you use two or more browsers to login, open, and reply to CreditNet postings
â?¦you can tell the difference between CreditNetters and trolls
â?¦you get excited when someone else gets approved for a CC or wins a court case
â?¦you actually send messages to the CRAs or CAs using the board (â??bring it on, scumbagsâ?¦â?)
â?¦you know GEORGE canâ??t seem to get the same consideration as anyone else (GEORGE Factor)
â?¦you realize you have learned new skills to find â??waysâ?? of doing things via the internet that you thought were not possible before (BDD, bumpage, etc.)
â?¦youâ??ve spent a lot of time at millcbs planning your next cc acquisitions
    â?¦you know what millcbs is
â?¦you read every single one of PSYCHDOCâ??s postings even though the title line doesnâ??t interest you
â?¦you find out the person youâ??ve posted to several times works across the street from you
â?¦you realize just because someone is a newbie, doesnâ??t mean they donâ??t know anything
â?¦you know there is no such thing as an â??eliteâ?? group of CreditNetters
...you have doubled your credit limits simply by calling and requesting increases before activating your credit cards
â?¦you know everything about anything when it comes to â??bumpageâ??
â?¦you know what someone is talking about when they say: â??â?¦I sent this CRA a CRRR disputing the derog TLs posted to my CR by the CA who says they are working for the OC of CC accounts I included in my BK. They didnâ??t have the right DoLA, were way past the SOL, and when I checked CE it was never showing blue. At least I was able to use Docâ??s trick to increase my FAKOâ?¦that darn CCCS. If only citiBDD still worked I would get some new CCs and do a BTâ?¦

    Now Seriously
â?¦you thought you were alone in credit repair until you found this board
â?¦you discover that credit repair is more a subjective game won by those best armed with truth, knowledge, and the know-how to use it
â?¦you wake up one morning empowered to fight those who would rob you of your good credit
â?¦you realize you have more rights, integrity, and honesty than the OCs, CAs, and CRAs
â?¦your life changes remarkably from the friendships earned and help received from CreditNet

Whatâ??s the difference between a collection agency and a catfish??? One is a gutter-feeding, scum-sucking, bottom-dweller. The other one is a fish.

    Anyone have any more?

OMG!! That's ME!!! Thanks for the laugh!

My husband has asked me to stay off the computer when he's home, to not say to him as he walks in the door, Guess what happened w/ my CR's today--instead of "Hi honey, how was your day?" I have to schedule part of my day around when I can log into CW, so I don't miss the 24 hours and extend it even longer. I have 2 browsers open, and I refresh all the time. My name is Tracy, and I'm a Creditnet addict!

    thanks cma,

    LOL that's great!

The only confession I have to add to the list is the automatic email notifications of threads responded to, via yahoo messenger.

They pop up no matter where I am or what I'm doing with their own sound too! It's better than the phone ringing or fax printing, like a personal horn honker for the threads, LOL

    Sassy

That was a great post. I have never been so excited to read posts. I love logging on EVERY SINGLE DAY. You guys are great. I must admit, all my friends get sick of hearing me talk about credit. All I say is, one day when you are ready, you will understand.

The other day I felt like such a weirdo when my sister stared blankly at me after I said "Well, I disputed with Experian and they verified, so now I have to send a validation request to the CA and hopefully they will mess up so I can go after them for violations of the FDCPA".

It's so sad that the highlight of my day is coming home from work to see if I got any green cards back, then checking CreditExpert. :)

You know you're a junkie when you have friends that are being sued for debts that is not theirs and you get excited and see $$$$$.

And you are anxious to get the court date so you can schedule the day off to go with them.

Good Addition Queen Bee! My wife was upset that Experian wasn't responding to dispute letters. All I see is green!!! She'll start to see it too when we go to court.
