UCNB update

    Just to give you a piece of information, Genesis is part of Gulf State Credit. A good strategy to deal with them is send validation, then estoppel, if no response (which I honstly don't think you will get one) Start complaining to your Attorney General and the FTC (what a joke)

    Make sure you create a paper trail.

    They did reply, with a letter saying they bought the debt. They have the wrong ssn (off by one digit).

    They also note that the original creditor is BankFirst, then the subsequent creditor is UCNB.


    So far I think they are in compliance. Will write them to settle...
