Hi all thanks in advance for any info I currently live in Ca. My wife and I are wanting to re-locate to Washington state relatively soon but are afraid we won't be able to get an apartment rental due to a 5 year old (ridiculous) eviction on my record w/ UD Registry. Can I fight this if the apartment complex where I got the eviction no longer exists?? More importantly, does anyone know if Washington state uses UD, and if so, is there anyone sympathetic to someone that screwed up so long ago. I have perfect rental history since, and my landlord will give an awesome referral. Any info is much appreciated. Thanks j80
