Report was waiting for me this morning. Whew. I was a little concerned I was going to have to call them and then risk losing LKH's Trick aka Bumpage.
LKH, Had the same problem and They just fixed it 2 days ago. The person at Tech support told me because i have a "Differen Address" and as he read it chuckled, He said that's not right because you've been quite busy pulling them. Had me to call over to reg cust service and get it updated. Huh!!!!! It's the same damn address, any I asked the cust serv why was this happening nothings changed. She took out my previous address and indicated a report would be sent. I logged in and pulled my own report again and it worked. The whole thing i think was Bull!!!!
