Um.. Item Supressed?

Means if you apply for credit...other companies should not be able to "SEE" it...(up to the day it is updated).

 

How long does it stay supressed. I have one on my report. It was from a collection that should not have been there(cable company said I did not return the eq even though they no longer use it and charged me $500). Now they list the collection as a paid collection although I have never spoken,paid, or even gotten anything from them. I disputed a couple months ago and it says supressed.

 

Which CRA uses supressed? I haven't seen this on anything as yet.

 

I have had one account on my Trans Union report
that has been note as suppressed since mid-May.
