Hello There, I just call customer service and talk with them regarding the platinum visa they told me that no card will be issue until the account is setup.. I call checking customer service they said yes your account is in the system but we are still waiting on the initial deposit from you so if you get an approved screen mail the deposit right away... they will post the intial the same day is receive and the account will be open afterwards... user name and password will be mail out and checks and either an atm or debit card will be order and any approved product will be setup as well.... and there is no way to apply for the visa card except the secure card via the website for the platinum or classic you have to be approve while applying the the checking account.... hope this info helps.... good luck to all if you apply....
