Hello There, I just receive the Umbrellabank online access user name and password in the mail today.. try it online and it work it show my intial deposit and shows that I got available balance of $1100 I call customer service and they said yes you also got approve for the overdraft protection for $1000 I told them when I apply I did'nt want that feature but I did accept the platinum visa card... the rep told me that the visa card are handle in a different dept and that they have no access to info so I call credit card customer service and the rep told me no no accounts on file yet... I told them that the checking account is already approve and the rep told me that they have no access to the checking info so basically this bank has 2 separate diviisons and one cannot access the other also their online access have no access to credit card accounts... when I finally do receive the card I will make another post and if you have apply recently and send in your intial deposit be sure that you check and see if they just give you the overdraft protection... there is a $25 annual fee and a ugly 21.6% apr which is outrageous... anyways please post on what you get from them....
