I've looked into unsecured cards and they all charge you like $200 or more to open an account and a monthly fee! I'm looking for an unsecure card with a low startup fee for someone with bad credit. I only want like a 200-300 dollar limit. I don't like net1card concept. I was looking for others experiences. Thanks,jb
