I tried to order my TU report online, but got a screen that says "Your Identity Cannot Be Confirmed. We cannot deliver your TransUnion Personal Credit Report & Score online because we are unable to confirm your identity." Any ideas why my identity cannot be confirmed? I know I used the correct SSN and name ... could it be because of a recent address change? I included my old address.
I got the same screen when I moved. I hadn't applied for credit from my new address, therefore they did not have it. 30ft
You might have gotten one of the questions they asked you about what was on your report wrong. I blocked myself from online viewing by getting a payment amount question wrong.
The same thing happened when I was trying to get dh's TU report; but it hadn't even given me an opportunity to answer the comfirmation questions. I was able to get my own CR with no problem. Go figure!
