based on the identifying information I give them. This is why Target denied me. WTF??? Everything I give them was correct. Could it be b/c they pulled CSC/Equifax in texas. I've NEVER used them nor have I ever got a CR from them. I've always got my reports from ATL. They also pulled Experian. What should I do? Try to PFB them or write to them?
I think maybe I'd call and ask them for reconsideration. I think I remember a post by Marci (the Queen of Denied and Countess of Reconsideration) about Target. Might help to talk to a live person. Good Luck!
Try 888-755-5856. That's customer service. Just hold through all the requests to punch in numbers and see if it doesn't forward to a CSR. Hope it helps.
This happened to me about a week ago I called customer service and they told me to apply on the paper form, which allows for post office address, or non reporting address....
This is bizarre because my reasons were as if they were looking at someone else's acct! They've had a computer glitch (see my other post on this)..gonna go checkand see if a target inquiry is reflected on my cr. They are messing up...
BAM! They claim to have pulled my experian but no inquiry, hard or soft, is reflected! They've screwed up royally!
