Does anyone know if it's illegal to report a debt that was established before the age of 18? This is an individual cc acount, not joint or custodial.

    TIA

No, it's not illegal. You aren't responsible for it though, but they can report it. I think you can use age as a reason for it to be deleted, though.

Does anyone know the fax numbers for Experian and TransUnion for sending disputes? I plan on faxing a copy of my BC today.

    TIA

I tried the two numbers for Experian but they aren't working (one is out of service). Does anyone else have a fax number that they've successfully used for Experian?

    Thanks!
