Last night I put my Cap One R9 in dispute thru EQU, so I could get the Target Card, plus mr Cooke hadn't gotten off his rear to fix it, like HE SAID HE WOULD!!! Well wouldn't you know it, today it says R5, consumer disputes reinvestigation in progress. So in 30 days or so, it will be BACK to and R9 (it happens everytime I've disputed) and I'll be back to dealing with Mr. Cooke, DOES IT EVER END??? Oh side note: I lost 25 points when it changed last time, this time I only gained 12 points when it went back to the R5
Since I've disputed Cap1's R9 it has stayed a R5. I'm trying to get it to "paid as agreed". Wishful thinking, I know, but ya gotta try!! Charlie
