   I had it when I lived near DISNEYLAND in CALIFORNIA...had to CANCEL the card when I moved to COLORADO...(NO UNION 76)...
   
   I DON'T REMEMBER SEEING IT EVER ON MY REPORT...BUT I MOVED IN 1988...
