I got an AT&T universal mastercard back when I was a freshman in college in 96. Around 2001 after I got my car I got behind in payments and my account became delinquent. I have been thru everything from debt consolidation to payment arrangements. when i was down to my last payment , one of my checking accounts were closed and the check bounced which ended my payment arrangement and Universal won't renew the agreement so my balance is sky high and the amount past due is ridiculous. What can I do to get them to make arrangements with me again??
