Just found out. It looks like a cheesy collection agency. http://www.integrity-business-systems.com/contact.htm I know that I don't owe anyone money. They do not answer their phones of course. Do I have any recourse? I do not like hard inquiries. Kim
If you search on permissable purpose, and I think there is a link to a post on PP in the FAQ's, you will find a letter asking them to explain their PP, or pay you $1000.
