I got my new tu report, and so far they have deleted my unpaid judgement, and unpaid lien, and now I'm working on the paid judgement (why they listed the same thing twice, I'll never know) My score actually went down though, go figure!! LOL I just disputed the unpaid lien w/ experian, as I had disputed the address, and it fell off. I'll keep my fingers crossed on that one!! I've also disputed the unpaid judgement to equifax, as not mine. If that doesn't work, I'll write to them and dispute it as there is no unpaid judgement, blah blah blah--because it really was paid. I'll be so excited to get the rest of these off my reports!!! Keep your fingers crossed!
Congrats! How did you dispute the address? on my credit report there is no notation of the address. I've got a paid state tax lien I am desperately trying to get removed, but so far no luck. They keep verifying it.
Which report is it on? So far, only TU has been so accomodating. I called EXP and told them that the address wasn't mine. They investigated and deleted (it was from years ago) I'm hoping w/ the address gone they can't verify. They've verified it once already, so we'll see. If it comes back, I have one more thing to try, and then I'm stumped. I'm curious to see how EQ handles it, because my address doesn't show up on that one either. G/l to you.
